The success of FeCr Metal is rooted from the vision of its founder, Neshat Davutoglu, whose motivation to enter the sector was inspired by his father and brother, both of whom had extensive refinery experience. Neshat Davutoglu himself has nearly 20 years of experience in the refinery industry, continuing a family tradition of expertise.

Manufacturing operations are conducted at the Izmit workshop, managed by former refinery employees with over 25 years of experience. The company prides itself on its exceptional team of approximately 100 skilled professionals, each with more than a decade of experience in refinery work. This expertise enables FeCr Metal to excel in the metal maintenance and repair industry.
